None of the items are automatically ordered for you. You do get to pick out the images for your products once you have received your digital link.

You have 6 months from the date of the session to order included items. If you don't order them within the 6 months there is a $150 archive retrieval free plus you would pay the difference in cost of the product if they have changed since you booked your session. This is in the contract.

To order the products included in your package you will need to send through the SRP file names from the photos to Scarlett Rose Photography and if you want then in a specific order in a photo book or album you need to specify. You cannot order the items from the gallery cart for items included in your package. You can order additional items from the gallery cart but you will have to pay for them.

You have two choices when it comes to ordering your photobook, albums, view finder or any other products that come with the package.


➡️ Drop Ship (Directly to you)

Doing the drop ship, which is $20 if they are from the same lab it will be combined if it is not you will have to pay the drop ship for each item. The viewfinder, canvases and photobooks/albums all come from different labs.

Drop ship items are sent directly to you. You must pay for the drop ship prior to sending me the order with the SRP file names.
Drop ship link. Drop shipment will be sent to the address listed on your contract. Should it not be correct or it has changed you can update it on the change of information. Scarlett Rose Photography or the lab is not responsible should the items get damaged due the weather or being taken from the address.

These books will be ordered within 3-4 days of order's being received.
Drop ship is the quickest way to receive your items.


➡️ Studio pickup of items

Alternatively you can pick up from the studio.

These order will be ordered when I do my bulk order which is 1 time a month (usually the 2nd week of the month), these order's must be picked up from the studio. They must be signed for by only the customer on the contract. You will need to bring a valid photo ID to pick up. 

Items must be checked before they leave the studio to make sure everything is good with the order. No alterations can be made once it has left the studio. Alterations can only be made within 14 days of the items being received and only if the lab deems that it is an issue with the printing. If your order sits at the studio longer than that no alterations can be made without a fee. No alterations can be made for incorrect choice of photos. Items cannot leave the studio if alterations are to be made.

Only the person/s on the contract can pick up the order from the studio. Should you wish for an alternate person to pick up your order you will need to fill out the alternate pick up person form. They will need to bring a valid photo ID and will be responsible for making sure your order is correct. They will not be able to pick up the items unless the form has been completed.

Hours to pickup are Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.

It is suggested that you always contact Scarlett Rose Photography before heading to the studio. Just in case someone is sick, has an appointment has gone to grab lunch etc as pickup hours are set based only on the receptionist hours. 

Packages are all sent usps. You can upgrade shipping on the drop ship only for an additional fee. Lab and shipping turn around times are only an estimate and not a guarantee.

Photo albums usually take 30-45 business days in the lab not including shipping. If you are not doing the drop ship you should allow at minimum an additional 2 -3 weeks into that.
Photobooks usually take around 15 business days in the lab not including shipping. If you are not doing the drop ship you should allow at minimum an additional 2 -3 weeks into that.

If products are received at the studio because you didn't do the drop ship and you can't pick it up, you are responsible to arrange for shipping. Scarlett Rose Photography would not be responsible for it once it leaves the studio if anything would happen to it during shipping.


​Photo books/albums etc will only be kept at the studio for 3 months for you to pick up. If not picked up within that time they will be destroyed. I have limited space!
