Because your identity is important to Scarlett Rose Photography, we can only release items that you have ordered to the person on the contract. Should you need someone else to pick up your order from the studio, you will need to complete the form below and follow all instructions.

This form is not to be completed until you have confirmation that your order is at the studio for pickup.

Alternate Pick Up must bring a VALID photo ID to pick up.

Once the order has left the studio, Scarlett Rose Photography is no longer responsible for the order.

The alternate pickup person will need to check to make sure the order is correct before leaving the studio

The alternate pick up person must sign for the order.

Hours to pickup are Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.

Order Pick ups are by appointment only a date a time should be given.

It is the customers responsibility to check in on the morning of pickup to confirm pickup is still available for the assigned time as pickups are done by the receptionist and should they be unable to be at the studio that day pickup will have to be rescheduled.

They will not be able to pick up the items unless the form has been completed.
