I, hereby grant Scarlett Rose Photography, his/her legal representatives and assigns (including but not limited to any agency, client, or publication), irrevocable permission to publish photographs of me.

These images may be published in any manner, to use my photos and likeness in all forms and media for advertising, portfolio, demo, trade, stock photography, editorial, altering without restrictions, and all other lawful purposes. including (but not limited to) calendars, advertisements, periodicals, social media and website.

I understand I am entitled to no compensation.

Furthermore, I will hold harmless the aforementioned photographer and his/her legal representatives and assigns, from any liability by virtue of minor cropping that may be required, and color and exposure shift that may occur in reproducing this photograph.

I affirm that I am 18 years of age or older, and competent to sign this release on my own behalf.

I understand that in the future should I no longer wish to have my images published that if I received a discount for sharing my images, I would have to pay the remainder of the session total for my images not to be posted in the future
